1. ACTIVE ACCOUNT:
- Log onto website:
https://itrade-home.tvsi.com.vn/account.aspx
The screen will be appear:
- Enter Customer ID including 6 digits and registered email.
- Press “Enter” or click on “key icon” to confirm
information.
- Check registered email. You will receive email from TVSI with subject “iTrade
Home: Request for resetting password code sent”.
- Open email content and click on the link to get new password.
- System will send new email to customer with subject “iTrade Home: Reset password”.
- System will send new password and new PIN code. Customer should change password
and PIN code immediately.
2. ACCOUNT LOGIN
- Log onto website: https://itrade-home.tvsi.com.vn
- Enter your Customer ID and password send to your email in the first activation
- • Customer ID: including 6 digits of your account number after 044C
- • Password: contains 6 digits at least
=> Click “Login”
Ex: Your account ID is 044C678910 Customer ID: 678910

Note :
- You should change your password and PIN code immediately when you access your
account at the first time.
3. CHANGE ACCOUNT
- Click “Change” on the header tab
4. CHANGE PASSWORD
- Click on the menu “Account” => “Change password”
=> Fill your information => Click “Accept”
5. FORGOT PASSWORD
- In case of forgotten password. Click on the link "Forgot password"
=> Fill in information => “Request”
6. CHANGE PIN CODE
- Click on the menu “Account” => “Change PIN”
a. Static PIN is generated once and effective until you change
to another PIN
To change static PIN: Click “Change PIN code” Fill in information as request -->
chọn “Thay đổi mã PIN”, sau đó nhập đầy đủ các thông tin được yêu
cầu như hình bên dưới.
==> Click “Accept” to confirm change static PIN
==> Click “Cancel” to re-fill in information change static PIN
b. Dynamic PIN is generated whenever you logged on the system and
effective during that session. The system will send EMAIL and EMS to you.
==> Click “Accept” to complete change Dynamic PIN
==> Click “Cancel” to re-fill in information change Dynamic PIN
7. SECURITIES PRICE LOOKUP AND CREATING PRIVATE SECURITIES PORTFOLIO
A. Creating private securities portfolio:

8. ACCOUNT BALANCE LOOKUP
- Click on “Assets Management” => “List Properties”
9. PLACEMENT OF ORDERS
a. Buy Order : Press Ctrl + B ( or click Buy button)
b. Sell Order: Press Ctrl + S (or click
Bán button)
- Press enter twice, the notice: “Order is sent” appears on the
screen, the order has been successfully transferred to the trading center’s system.
10. CANCEL ORDER
- Click on menu “Stock Trading” => “Order Status”.
=> Click on “Cancel” button => Enter “PIN code”
=> Press Enter twice
*Note : During the break between 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, customers can not cancel / edit orders placed before; New orders during mid-session breaks can be canceled / edit.
11. CANCEL ALL ORDER
There are two options:
- Cancel selected order
- Cancel search order by: Stock Symbol, Order Type, Chanel Order.
Click on menu “Trading” => “Order Status” =>
“Current Status”. Default on the tab “Daily Orders”
- Cancel all:
o Click on elect orders => Press “Cancel the selected orders”
o Click on “Cancel all order”
=> List of orders for cancelling => Enter “PIN code” => Press
“Confirm”
- Cancel the selected order
- Cancel search order by: Stock Symbol, Order Type, Chanel Order
=> Press “Cancel the selected orders” => “List of orders for
cancelling”
12. ORDER HISTORY
- Click on menu “Portfolio Management” => “Order History”
=> From day to day => Search
13. CONDITIONAL ORDERS
13.1 Good till date order (GTD)
- Click on the menu “Conditional orders” => “Good till date
order”
- Click “Sell” button to show Sell order screen:
- Note:
• “Stock Symbol”:Enter stock symbol you want
to buy/ sell
• “Volume”: Enter volume of Selling o Buying
• “Price”: Enter the price you want to buy/ sell
in trading date
• “Effective date” the system will be send conditional
order to core on this time.
• “Matching type” There are two type:
• “Sending order time only”: If the
customers tick on this item, their orders will be sent to the stock exchange only
one time once these orders meet full conditions (price, volume, margin rate, effective
date…)
• “o Matching until equal to placed volume”:
If the customers choose this item, the system will send and resend the orders to
the stock exchange when the orders meet full condition (price, volume, margin rate,
effective date…) until matching enough placed volume.
- Press “Place Order” => The following screen will appear:
- Enter PIN and press “Confirm” to confirm your conditional orders
(GTD)
13.2 Priority Order (PRO)
- Click on the menu “Conditional Orders” => “Priority Order
(PRO)”
- Press “SELL” to show Sell order screen
- Note:
• “Stock Symbol”: Enter stock symbol.
• “Volume”: Enter volume of Selling o Buying.
• “Effective date”: Customers can enter the date that you want
to make a priority order into the box named "By date" or click on the icon of calendar
Buy Order:
• Until effective date, all reservation orders will be pushed
to core (HSX; HNX; UPCOM) with ATO price for HSX and ceiling price for HNX & UPCOM
• When ATO session finish, if ATO not yet matched or a partially
matched then remain volume will be changed into buy order with ceiling price for
HSX automatically
• When continuous order session finish, if buy order with ceiling
price not yet matched or a partially matched then remain volume will be changed
into ATC order for HSX automatically
Sell order:
• Until effective date, all reservation orders will be pushed
to exchange (HSX; HNX; UPCOM) with ATO price for HSX and floor price for HNX & UPCOM.
• When ATO session finish, if ATO not yet matched or a partially
matched then remain volume will be changed into buy order with ceiling price for
HSX automatically.
• When continuous order session finish, if buy order with floor
price not yet matched or a partially matched then remain volume will be changed
into ATC order for HSX automatically.
- Press “Place Order” => The following screen will appear:
- Enter PIN and press “Confirm” to confirm your conditional orders (Priority Order)
13.3 Stop Order (ST)
This strategy allows investors to protect gains and limit losses in advance, preventing
emotional decision-making.
• Take profit: the selling price is set higher
than the average purchase price an absolute value or the percentage value
• Stop loss: the selling price is set lower than
the average purchase price an absolute value or the percentage value.
- Click on the menu “Conditional Orders” => “Stop Order (ST)”
- Note:
• Average price: Get from customer’s portfolio
and they are allowed to edit. When customers edit price, the system will automatically
calculate the absolute price and percentage price.
• Take profit: the selling price is set higher
than the average purchase price an absolute value or the percentage value.
• Triggered if the market price >=: Average price+
Profit value/ Profit percentage (compared to the average price)
• Stop loss: the selling price is set lower than
the average purchase price an absolute value or the percentage value.
• Triggered if the market price <=: Average price
- Profit value/ Profit percentage (compared to the average price)
• Order price - Profit value (compared to the average price):

• Order price - Profit percentage (compared to the average
price): Profit percentage (compared to the average price.
• Order price: Là giá sau khi đã làm tròn theo
bước giá của từng sàn.
• Effective date: enter the effective date of
the selling order in the box named "From date", "To date" or click on the icon of
calendar.
- Press “Place Order” => Enter PIN => “Confirm”
to confirm your conditional orders (ST)
13.4 Trailling Stop Order (TS)
Customers can buy stock with the price as cheap as possible or sell stock to protect
gain in a continuously up and down trend of the market.
Trailing Stop Buy Order
- This order will help customers to buy stocks with the price as cheap as possible
in the prediction of a down trend market in order to maximize customer’s profitability.
- Click on the menu “Conditional Order” => “Trailling Stop
Order (TS)” => BUY.
- Enter the security code and the volume.
- Click on “Absoluted - value interval” or “Spread in percentage”
• Absoluted - value interval: the buying price is set higher than
the market price a certain value
• Spread in percentage: the buying price is set higher than the
market price a certain percentage.
• Enter the “Min price”: is the lowest value of trigger price.
When the trigger price is adjusted lower than the min price, the order will be activated
to send to the stock exchange with the min price.
• Enter the “Effective date”: the customers enter the effective
date of the buying order in the box named "From date", "To date" or click on the
icon of calendar.
- Select the button named “Place order”. The screen will appear as below.
- Enter PIN and press “Confirm”.
Trailling Stop Sell Order
- This order allows customer to protect their potential profit when the market price
goes up.
- Click on the menu “Conditional Order” => “Trailling Stop
Order (TS)” => SELL.
- Enter the security code and the volume.
- Click on “Absoluted-value interval” or “Spread in percentage”
• Absoluted-value interval: customers set the selling price which
is lower than the market price a certain value
• Spread in percentage: customers set the selling price which
is lower than the market price a certain percentage value
• Enter the “Max price”: is the highest value of trigger price.
When the trigger price is adjusted higher than the max price, the order will be
activated to send to the stock exchange with the max price..
• Enter the “Effective date”: the customers enter the effective
date of the selling order in the box named "From date", "To date" or click on the
icon of calendar.
- Select the button named “Place order”. The screen will appear as below.
- Enter Pin and press “Confirm” to confirm the order.
13.5 Conditional Order Management
Click on the menu “Conditional Orders” => “Order Management”
- Status:
• Wait for reaching conditions: the order has
been sent to the SSI system, but has not been sent into the HOSE/HNX because it
was not met the conditions such as the effective date, the prices, etc.). Customers
can cancel or amend their orders.
• Wait for sending order: the order has met the
conditions of the effective date, it is in the queue to send to the stock exchange
once the other conditions are reached (conditions of price, stock balance, cash
balance, etc.). Customers can cancel the condition order.
• Sent to stock exchange: the order has met all
the conditions of the effective date, price, stock balance, cash balance, etc. and
has been sent to the stock exchange. If it is not matched, customer can cancel it.
• Matched/Partial cancel: When the order has
been matched partly and the remaining has been canceled successful.
• Partial matched/Wait for full matched: The
order was matched partly. Customer can cancel the remaining.
• Matched: the order has been matched enough
the placed volume. Customer can not cancel the order.
• Cancelled: the order has been successfully
canceled
- Edit the conditional order:
o Only conditional orders which are in the status “Wait for reaching
conditions” are allowed to edit
o Customer can edit the type of buying or selling order; stock
code; volume; price and other parameters of that condition order
- Cancel the conditional order: o You only can
cancel the order with the status of “Wait for reaching conditions” or “Wait for
sending order”
14. BASKET ORDERS
- Click Ctrl + M (or click Basket Order button). The screen will appear as below:
- Support customer creat and save or send the orders with one step confirmation
• Save: Save orders list in group. Customer can add/ delete/ edit
orders
• Order: send all orders in group to core
- Click “Order” => EnterPIN => Press “Confirm”
The screen will appear basket order confirmation => Click “Close”
15. RIGHT INFORMATION REGISTRATION
- Click on menu “Stock Trading” => “Right Information Registration”
16. SELL ODD-LOT SHARES
A. Register sell odd-lot
- Click on menu “Stock Trading” => “Sell odd-lot shares”

19. REALIZED GAINS/ LOSSES
- Click on the menu “Portfolio Management” => “Realized gains/
losses”. The screen will appear as below

20. CASH ADVANCE
- Click on the menu “Cash Trading” => “Cash advance”
21. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MONEY TRANSFER
a. External Money Transfer
Step by step:
- Click on the menu “Cash Trading” => “Money Transfer”
=> Tick on icon “Registered Bank Account" => Enter Amount and Content
=> Click “Confirm”.
Enter the validation code and press OK to confirm requirement
b. Internal Money Transfer
Step by step:
- Click on the menu “Cash Trading” => “Money Transfer”
=> Tick on icon “Registered Internal Account" => Enter Amount and
Content => Click “Confirm” => Enter the validation code and press
OK to confirm requirement.

Money Transfer Status”
- Click on Money Transfer Status to check status: Waiting => Processing => Finished.
The status is “Finished” means request money transfer sent to system.
22. PRICE ALERT AND INDEX ALERT
A. Alert setting:
- Click on the menu “Alert/Utility” => “Alert Setting”
=> Click on account number => Alert type, Alert channel => Press “Add”
button.
The screen will appear “Confirm to add alert setting” => “Confirm”
- Client can update alert setting by click on “Edit” => Fill in
information => “Save”
B. Alert Management
- Click on the menu “Alert/Utility” => “Alert Management”
=> Price Alert or Index Alert • Price Alert: Click on “Alert Management”
=> “Price Alert” => Fill information => “Add”
=> “Confirm”
• Change alert setting: Press “Edit” => Fill in information need
to change => “Save”
• Notify Function: Depending on alert settings that warning will displays on screen
and send via SMS, or Email.
o Press [v] to zoom in.
o Press “Confirm” to Cancel .
• Alert History: Click on menu “Alert/ Utility” => “Alert Management”
